The Tape does help extenuate the pain

Its fit for pain relief from sports inuries, easy for using, its easily washable, its good and quality product

It provides great support during workouts and while playing cricket without restricting movement, and really helps with pain relief and recovery.Highly recommend for athletes or anyone dealing with muscle or joint issues.

This is the worst Kinesiology tape I’ve ever used. The glue is horrible. It doesn’t stay for more than 5 minutes. Quality is very poor. I’ve used other tapes that’ve been very effective.

Adhesion is decent provided you have your hair shaved. Also it sticks nice on skin but is loosely held when it is stuck overlapping the tape itself.
