Q: What is the size of the bolt holes? Center to center dimension?

2 3/16" center to center of bolt holes. 5/8" wide at the bolt holes. 1.5" high X 2 3/4" long with .080 thousands or 2/25 set screws

Q: What size mounting bolts do these require?

I used 3/8 inch bolts and appropriate washers. this was more than sufficent for the load.

Q: What size are the set screws

I don't know what your application is, but these are really small about 1.5'' high by 2.3/4" long with a 1/2" bore. they are okay though, but too small for me. I had to get bigger ones. To answer your question, the set screws are .080 thousandths or 2/25" Good luck
