Was replacing the housing unit and although the new housing unit had a temp sensor with it, some reviews said their computer did not like that sensor. So I ordered this AC Delco sensor and installed with new housing unit. Have had no problems so far. For the price it was worth it since changing the sensor means dealing with antifreeze loss and replacement. Total price of housing unit and sensor was less than dealer or jobber.
