Surprising Quality
I wasn't sure what to expect. I thought it looked really thin and possibly flexible. However: it's actually very tough and rigid. It holds firm and stays in place. Excellent quality.

Makes a Great Mobile Phone Film Rig
I recently purchased a Zhiyun Smooth Q iPhone gimbal, and I wanted to somehow attach an external microphone, a digital audio recorder, and a small light. After considering many different brackets I decided on this one, and I am very happy that I did. PROS: + The bracket is very lightweight, yet sturdy. + There are multiple attachment points: + There are 2 very sturdy cold-shoes for attaching accessories on the upper bracket + There's a 1/4-20 thread between the cold-shoes + There's another 1/4-20 thread at the base for your camera or iPhone gimbal + There's also a threaded hole at the base for attaching a small tabletop tripod or a tripod plate. This nut also has a threaded hole in the bottom which enables you to attach it to a tripod there as well. If you don't like the placement of the cold shoes or thumb screws, you can move them around and put them right where you need it. Tip: If you need more attachments at the bottom, you can add an additional threaded screw to the slot. I added an additional one for attaching a tripod ball head, to which I attach a digital audio recorder, to which I can attach a small shotgun mic. With this L Bracket I am able to attach and configure all the accessories to create a very well-equipped iPhone filmmaking rig. If you're looking for a good L-Bracket, this one will do the trick and do it very well. Pretty cool for the price
I don't do a lot of event photography, but it's nice to have the option to use a grip. This is very inexpensive, but surprisingly well built. The mounts are a bit loose and need to be tightened with more than just your fingers, but once mounted with some thread locker and/or adhesive, they do the job. The three mounts can be used for a flash, phone/monitor, shotgun mic, etc. If you use a multi-flash system, you can use your hot shoe for the flash controller and mount as many external flashes as you want to this rig. Currently, I have this configured with a smartphone mount on top, a speetlight on the angle, and either a shotgun mic or bubble level on the side. I might get a second one, as I would prefer to swap the mic and phone placement when shooting portraits vs video and moving the cold shoes when switching cameras would be impractical.

Two mounting shoes, very sturdy
I got this to create a side-mount for my Nikon strobe. A bracket from another manufacturer had no anchor for the cold shoe mount, and was useless. This bracket has two cold shoes (one vertical, one horizontal) with a study thumbscrew mechanism to secure the strobe. Recommended.

Super-Convenient L-Bracket
I got this for use with my monopod. I removed the bottom screw and then placed my monopod screw through the bottom and fastened it with one of the accessory holders (they are bolts). Reasoning: I wanted to have a bit more distance when shooting selfies on locations (I have a flip screen, 3 inches back totally changes the shot) and more ergonomic stability when shooting normally (realize that the curve brings the camera back to you and you don't have to lean into the shot as much). The extra handle on the bracket is handy both for carrying and stability and I love the positioning of all of the holes for adding needed accessories. It is very solid, comfortable and looks professional.

Really small, not usable with wireless remote trigger
The bracket is quite small, even on my mirrorless camera. It's in fact so small that you can't use it with a wireless remote trigger mounted on the camera, and any flash mounted in one of the bracket's coldshoes because the distance between transmitter und receiver is not sufficient to transmit the signal reliably. So you will need to use a sync cable, which however makes the second coldshoe on the bracket useless, unless you want to plug the cable in different receiver ports every time you change your lighting. You can't use 2 flashes at the same time with this bracket anyway.

Overall a very sturdy product with two 'off camera' equipment mounts which can be used in any of the available three positions. A spare 'screw' is provided for the third hole/position. They are not 'hot shoe' mounts but can still be used for 'hot shoe' equipment that has an appropriate lead with it. This is important as some 'mounts' are flat metal which may pose problems for some equipment where there is a potential for shorting between the pins on the base of the equipment being used. This product has a V shape cut in the base of the shoe mount which means the pins do not make contact with bare metal. As indicated by other reviews, because the 'shoe' mounts have a twist lock system and no 'end/stop pin' it means the bracket can be used on both the right or left hand side of the camera. The twist locks appear sturdy and worked well in use. The product is sturdy but the handle material could be a little thicker. Large hands may struggle to get all fingers around it tightly. That said, a suitable cloth could be wound around it to make it more comfortable for individual users. I would have preferred the 'angle' of the handle to be more upright/vertical when the base is held horizontally with both hands; but that may be simply a personal preference. The underside of the 'top' shoe mount (to the base of the screw) sits 15cm (6 inch) above the 'top' of the base bracket/camera mount location. This is a good distance and should allow many cameras to take advantage of this bracket. There is a rubber 'grommet' stuck to the base plate which allows cameras to be held firmly and without slipping. This is 75mm (3") long. The screw mount protrudes through this rubber piece and at its furthest point from the handle (or where your hand is likely to be wrapped around it) it has 60mm (2.5") of travel. So, as long as the distance between the side of the camera (which is going to be closest to your hand holding the mount) and the mounting point is 60mm or less then your camera will fit this bracket without you struggling to get hand on the bracket handle. I am pleased very with this purchase.
