Ladies! If you're anything like me and your period comes at you like a sledgehammer decorated with knives, please please buy these! I was medically diagnosed with dysmenorrhea and absolutely NOTHING was helping for years and years, it would be so bad that I'd have to miss work and the pain would be so intense that I would even occasionally vomit from the agony.
