Excellent product
Well made product. Easy to remove the rollerball with the tool included...which I recommend only using the tool to not ruin the plastic piece holding the rollerball. I make my own face serum that I give away to family & friends. This is the perfect applicator!

I gave it 3 stars because 1 bottle came broken, too much trouble to return..also my order took longer to come than I was told. I’ve used 1 bottle and so far it seems fine.
