Great product!
Unfortunately I went through a few rivet guns before I found this one.I took two Arrow rivet guns back to HomeDepot and got a refund because they were cheaply made, wouldn’t cut the rivet and kept getting jammed. This gun is great! Cuts easily, spits out the stem easy, easy to handle and super smooth to work with.

They work well, only one minor glitch.
As other posters have mentioned, sometimes the stem stays in the hole after popping. The reason seems to be because the gripper squeezes the stem so much that the aluminum stem distorts and rubs in the hole. I think this is probably not a problem with steel rivet stems. A straightened paper clip works pretty well for pushing the stem out.

Easy to use, feels sturdy and it got the job done easily.
The rivet gun feels heavy and sturdy. It felt very easy to use. The included instructions reminded me to make sure the holes I drilled had to be slightly bigger than the rivet. Once the pieces to be joined were lined up and the rivet was in place it only took me 4 squeezes to set the rivet in place. No problems at all. This hand riveter comes with four different sized rivets, 2.4mm(3/32") 3.2mm(1/8"), 4.0mm(5/32") and 4.8mm(3.16"). Just on top of the handle grip there is a place for the extra nozzles, four in total. Its important to get the right nozzle size for the rivet type you are using.

Well built
This is a well built tool. Easy to use and come with multiple rivet sizes. There are a lot of different brands on Amazon and I'm glad I bought this one. Easy to use and no problem with rivets jamming. The case is a great addition to this toll. As a DIY, I love this tool.

Don’t buy this tool, big mistake if you do.
I don’t remember ever leaving a bad review on an Amazon product, but I’d like to help others to not make a terrible investment. I had been a sheet metal worker for over 15 years and this is the worst rivet gun I’ve ever used. I read a few reviews minutes after I made the purchase and found out that it came with only aluminum rivets. Okay, so I assumed it was a cheap low quality product but would still at least be good for aluminum rivets only. Many people had stated that just putting in the first rivet, they would have to pull the rivets out of the tool, because it failed to eject them. But I had assumed that it was with only steel or stainless steel rivets that it would have a problem. I assumed that it was still good for aluminum rivets because it does have pretty high ratings. The product itself looks really great, you would think that it would compare to some of the best riveters out there. But it truly is not the case. The first, very first rivet got stuck and I had serious problems pulling it but. The only way I was able to get that rivet out, was to depress the three rivet holding tabs and I finally was able to pull it out. If you have ever used a rivet gun that is good, you would know that you should never have that problem. Having a problem pulling a rivet stem out is very counterproductive to work. They should slide right out. I don’t know how else to express. Anyhow, I thought that I was going to keep the riveter at least for home personal use and not at actual work. So I wrote my name and company on this tool with a permanent paint marker , and so now I know that I will not be able to return it. I can’t believe I spent almost $30 on a waste. Please don’t make the same mistake! I’m trying to help you bro. I have purchased and am waiting for Amazon to send me a much better product that I ordered right after I had realized that this was only good for aluminum rivets, but actually it’s only good for the case because the good riveter that I am waiting for is shaped almost identical. I am assuming that it will fit perfectly. Hopefully I’m right, because I had assumed wrongly, that this riveter was at least good for aluminum rivets. Maybe it will be better to never assume. In this day and age, people and things are not always what they appear to be.

Did not eject
When I first used it, it did not eject the spent rivet. I had to take it apart and pry the spent side of the rivet out. After about 10 or 12 rivets, it started working as it should.
