Needed a security cable for securing a pellet smoker to my deck. It's on loan and I didn't want to risk it disappearing. I wish I had ordered the next length longer, it's a tight fit but the cable is great quality.

I feel this cable is broadly useful. It is a sturdy, well coated cable that seems it will hold up well to weather. I bought it to lock my snow shovel in the back of my Tacoma, and it should work perfectly. I locked it with a Masterlock paddle lock. Should keep the shovel easily accessible and secure.

This is a wonderful chain! Well made and is substantial. The coating keeps from damaging my bike. I don't think it would deture a determined thief because it could be cut.

I picked up this pair of BV heavy-duty cable locks, and they seem to work just fine for what they are. I use them together with my Hiplok D1000 on my bike rack, and it gives me that extra bit of security and flexibility when locking things up. The cables feel sturdy and weatherproof, and the 4-foot length makes them versatile enough to wrap around the rack and frames without a struggle. They’re not meant to be the main line of defense, but as a secondary layer with a strong lock, they do the job well.

Very sturdy, I wouldn't want to bring the tools I needed to cut this AND my U-lock. I'm satisfied that this will be a reasonable deterrent parking my bike in public areas in my high-theft city.

Use it to lock my bikes up, it works great and seems really strong.

The length was correct but the small gauge is not very secure.

Purchased to use as a tow rope between a cargo sled and skidoo. Waterproof, strong, nice and long allowing me to double it up and attach it easily with a carabiner between the two loops.
