As a 48 year old RN going through perimenopause, collagen is something to have in your arsenal of weapons. Hair starts thinning, nails get brittle, skin is just not the same. This collagen powder is a full size container. You only need one scoop. It is tasteless in my coffee and texture is very smooth and does not clump up at all. I have tried some in the past that was clumpy even using a frother. I didn't have any stomach upset and I have severe issues. I compared this to a very elite and expensive one that not many people know of and not sold on Amazon. This collegen is better quality and less expensive than the other popular one. This appears to be very similar (almost exact) but for way more than half the cost even when not on sale. This collagen is easy on the wallet while still giving the benefits like vitamins such as Vitamin C and hyaluronic acid and not just strictly collagen.The brown stuff in my coffee is cinnamon FYI.

After checking out other products and after SO many many like MANY bad reviews on amount to expect and wasted space etc...I was VERY happy to get this and find it was FULL! I had to dig a little bit for the scoop but nothing annoying. It's a very fine powder with a consistency/feel similar to rice flour. So it's not a heavy powder. And there is NO odor/smell. None!After being happy about the packaging itself and the container to product ratio I went on to the mix-ability and flavor. It takes one scoop of the powder and it's not a big scoop-huge plus! I mixed my first scoop into a cup of hot coffee... perfect blend, no clumping and no residual gooey snot-like blob at the bottom of my cup. It's the little blessings... and since I hadn't had my collagen peptides in awhile I used it again later on that day. That time in a cold bottle of water. I didn't use ice so can't comment on that but the water had been in the fridge and I just funneled it into the bottle, capped it off and shook it. It mixed so well! I was like...hmmm cool! Now for the flavor/taste..... well there is none. NO taste. No after taste. Literally tasteless! So for me, so far...this product has been a win-win-win all the way around!I can't comment much on how it makes me feel yet as I've only been using it for 3 days. But i can say that my normally bubbly belly hasn't been as rude and that makes me happy too. lol

This type of product is in my opinion hard to review. It’s hard to see the results, or really feel them. I take collagen for heath and aging. For me it’s more preventative and who knows what I’d look like if I never took collagen! That being said, I mix this in the blender each morning with my other protein powder and add fruit. I’ve not had any issues with it clumping or not blending well. I don’t notice any taste either, but again I put it with other things. My experience with this has been good. These types of products, do them for yourself and your own wellbeing, also do your research. To good health and looking your best:)

This has been a lifesaver for me.I take Collagen for my ligaments. Pair that with Hyaluronic Acid and all my other vitamins/supplements, it's been too much to take 3 pills for one dose a day. So I switched over to collagen powder but the ones I've tried always has had a taste to it no matter how flavorless it claimed to be. Always made my tea too chalky.However, this one is truly flavorless and much easier to mix in even with colder drinks. It's been a huge help on my knee pain which is definitely noticeable if I don't take some for a couple of days. It helps too that I no longer need to take Hyaluronic Acid and Prebiotic pills since it's already got some in this. A huge bonus too is that my nails and hair have been stronger than ever plus my skin has noticeably improved especially for someone who is also dealing with eczema.One thing about it is I haven't really noticed a great improvement to digestion so I would say it's just as good as other pre and probiotic supplements. Nevertheless, I've definitely add this to my Subscribe and Save.

This powder mixes very well in my daily smoothies with no grit or unpleasant taste and it seems to be effective. I would recommend.

Excellent product, I have been taking it for several months and it has helped a lot. It also helped me recover from knee pain due to a small fracture. My hair, nails, and skin look better. I recommend taking it daily if you are over 30 years old. It is very necessary.

Good product with all 5 sources. Mixes well with my morning coffee with no added taste.My nails and digestive health have improved.
