Impressive after sales support
I bought this unit just over a year ago. Without doubt, the water is much better than straight from the tap. By how much, I don't know, as I haven't had it tested. But, it tastes beautiful. Very easy to set up and worked correctly from the off. The tap started to leak a few months back and steadily got worse, like I hadn't fully turned it off. There didn't seem a way to dismantle it to change the seals, so I emailed support. They responded within 24 hours and sent me a new tap within 3 days. Very impressive. I see some people saying the TDS readings did not go down when using this system. They won't, and it does state that on the advert. You need reverse osmosis to lower the TDS. Which this unit is not. A bit unfair to give a bad review because you didn't bother to read or understand what you were buying. Very happy with this purchase.

Easy to install and good filteration.
Good product , seen lots of negative comments with misunderstanding what this product designed for. The 0.01 home water filtration system is designed to filter out particles and contaminants down to 0.01 microns in size. This level of filtration can effectively remove bacteria, viruses, and some chemicals from your water, improving its overall quality and safety for consumption.Regarding Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), these are the total amount of organic and inorganic substances dissolved in water. TDS itself is not necessarily harmful; in fact, it can contribute to the taste of the water. However, high levels of TDS might indicate the presence of salts, minerals, or other substances that could be problematic in large amounts.

Simple to install, nice taste
If you live in the UK and you're planning to connect the supplied tee fitting onto an olive compression fitting on your pipes unfortunately the supplied 3/8 conversion adaptor thing isn't long enough and so you'll most likely need one with a longer thread. You can contact Frizzlife like I did and they'll supply you with one. They were quite helpful as I also messed up my tee fitting after multiple attempts so they sent a replacement for that too.I recommend they change the thread length to avoid hassle because most UK pipes use olive compression fittings. You can also just save yourself some time buy ordering one off Amazon or ebay for like £2, just search "1/2" x 3/8" BSP Brass Hexagon Reducing Bush Male To Female Adaptor Reducer Exten"I only found out after I somehow managed to fit it on using the short one provided, but there was a tiny leak, trying to fix that I bumped it slightly and the olive popped out resulting in a mini flood (haha) luckily with any plumbing work you're ready to switch off the water and as I had the tools out, nothing but a bit of excitement. So I can't recommend enough to being prepared. The tap/faucet is of nice quality, if you're doing this DIY then you'll need a metal capable drill bit (12mm) to drill your kitchen sink. There's a set you can buy off ebay, although those cheap ones have really dull heads so does take longer to drill the hole, but if it's one time use, it's fine, in my opinion.Once set up, we let it run for about 20-30 minutes and tried it out. No chlorine taste like we have with our tap water. We couldn't really taste the difference between bottled water so that's good. I bought a water tester kit, actual test strips, not a "water quality meter" which I'm guessing was just a Ph Level tester that the other review claimed! Can't believe people found that helpful, anyway. To be honest there wasn't much difference with the tap water so all in all we're happy and off bottled water. If after reading all this and you're not up for the work just get a plumber, someone who will do it with a reasonable price, it's not hard and they'll have everything needed. I put the bag the unit came with over it to keep it clean. I've set a reminder to change the filter after the specified time. I can only recommend buying from a manufacturer that isn't going to disappear, or you'll have no filters to replace with.

Compact Unit
Compact unit includes a set of 3 filters, fits easily under the shelf, looks good and spare filters do not cost too much.Easy to install if you already have a filtered water tap. Comprehensive parts kit included, but I required an extra 1/2” BSP to 1/4” pushfit union for the new 1/4” plastic tubing as I had a cold water shut off tap with an old 10mm pushfit union. Took me longer to empty the shelves under the sink than pumb the unit in, once I had the 1/4” pushfit union. No leaks first time, good instructions. Flushed filter through for a good 20 minutes, tastes good.

Disappointed
Got this to have cleaner , fresher water for drinking. I put it to the test against my unfiltered tap water using a water quality meter , electrolysis prong system and both filtered and tap water went equal shade of yellow showing the presence of fluoride, acids and other organic matter so the filtration system has made absolutely no difference to my normal tap water. Very disappointed..Was very easy to install , however it has made absolutely no difference to the water that comes out my tap/ faucet.I can say this as fact after testing both filtered and unfiltered water.Wasted my time and money on this.

Fitting to an existing sink more than challenging
I was going to return the filter but being left with an unusable kitchen sink and connected dishwasher wasn't an option! The supplied connectors for the 5mm pipe require the smallest of clips to be fitted, I found this impossible with the tap in position at the back corner of the sink behind the bowl when you are stuck on your back in the cupboard! I incurred further cost buying a tap with a nut and compression fitting which I fitted with ease. Frizzlife were willing to help but had no practical solution.

Useless
After a year of using this system and changing 2 sets of filters, I am confident that this is totally useless. Our kettle is filled with limescale, water tastes horrible and I don’t think this device is even doing anything or just a scam. Do not recommend this to anyone.
