Easy to use only used once but what I wanted

Battery heats up quick. Battery needs to cool before continuing use. Requires battery swapping to continue use of grinder

This item should of been complete but spare battery missing?? Description clearly states x2 battery?? I spend money on here but just lately been disappointed
