Keeps Birds Away
Excellent for covering grass seed to keep birds away. Allows water and light to penetrate. Good buy.

Was shockingly surprised
This sheer netting has held up 3 years and the only reason I need more is because I have new trees I need to cover. It does string along edge that has been cut but not badly. This not only keeps out rodents from veggies, flowers, and fruit trees but keeps out the leaf eating bugs as well. Much better than bird netting and new leaves don't grow through the holes so removal when product fails won't harm the leaves. It's light weight so it can be tossed over top and string tied around trunk and easily opened to harvest. I've duct taped it to pots and it stays put in high winds. Really like this netting over the dozen others I have tried.

It's aiight!
It's great. I only gave 4 stars because it rips easily or can get holes but it still got the job done!

No bird kill netting: would buy again
A birding netting we used for the garden did indeed catch a bird and kill it. I was devastated and tossed that netting away. This netting is white and more closely woven. The birds seem to see it and no bird kills so far and my lettuce and arugula garden is being protected.

smaller than I thought
It was smaller than I through, so I couldn't use as I expected. But as a product, it is pretty good.

Grasshoppers can't get toy plants
Great to put on plants that grasshoppers try to eat.

Keeps the deer from my tomato plants
This was a good value for the money. It’s light, but moderately durable. The cable ties that come with it are nice. I used the netting to surround my vegetable garden so the deer would stop eating the branches and fruit on my tomato plants. They haven’t bothered with the plants since I put this on. I put large 7” metal rods around the garden box and then wrapped this around the plants. I secured the top of the netting to the rods with the cable ties. One cable tie came off, but I just put another one on (it comes with plenty!). I haven’t experienced any significant holes. I’m glad I bought this!

My cat's a little hellion
I have a cat I absolutely adore, but she is obsessed with digging as if she were a dog. She always likes to eat at and uproot my plants. I didn't want to have to move the plants because of her, so I looked at this as a solution. I used it a little differently than intended on my taller plants, but it's been perfect. Not a single dig from her and she has not tried to take the covers off. I used some zip ties on the cuts I put over plants and metal stakes on the cuts I put just around the plants over the soil. They look good and I have gotten compliments from people who genuinely thought I did it as a fashion statement to make the plants look nicer, so that's a nice bonus that they look good enough to be considered cosmetic rather than practical. These are useful for more than just crops! They're an easy mesh to cut and you get a lot for the money. Best cost effective solution I could have come up with, and very happy with the outcome. If you have pets who are digging or eating at your plants, this may be a solution for you. Added bonus of keeping bugs away from the plants and being very easy to water. I have not had any issues of these getting in the way of watering the plants even when I bunch them up.
