only this and lions mane (and caffeine and adderall!) have had any noticeable effect on my cognitive functioning. Not as strong as caffeine or adderall, but it’s there, I won’t take it after 4pm if I want to fall asleep.

These seem to be good quality. My Husband I are both taking these they seem to be helping out. They were packaged well. It may take a little more time to see it’s full affects. We’ve been taking it for almost 2 months now
