A moment of peace for this mama’s heart
Ever since my son Juanpi started taking valproic acid, one of my biggest concerns has been protecting his liver. These Carnitine vitamins have truly been a blessing. They give me the peace of mind that I’m doing everything I can to support him and care for his health. He takes them without any trouble, and knowing I'm giving him something that helps protect his body gives me so much comfort. As a mom, there's nothing more valuable than feeling like you’re doing the right thing. Thank you for this product!

Great for skin.
I use this along with 5 other products for my skin (I’m probably going overboard but the 3 main that or suggested to take together or the niacinamide, l-carnitine and pantothenic acid and my skin is looking better than ever! Highly suggest, especially in conjunction with other products as well which I bought all on amazon. I’ll post a photo of my line up.

Maybe helps with OCD?
Got this to help a family member with OCD behaviors. Seems to maybe help a bit, but it’s too soon to say for sure. The good thing is there are no side effects! Taste is not bad.

May cause insomnia if taken daily
Hm, I know Now products are good quality, this one may just not be right for me.I tried N-Acetyl Carnitine in the past but only took it a day or 2 due to getting amped up with insomnia and strange vivid dreams.I have read about carnitine helping with energy and burning fat so decided to try it. I took 1 cap daily in AM. After a few weeks I think it was helping with workouts. However, in the past 2 weeks, especially this week, I have had terrible insomnia, can't fall asleep, and I wake up all night long. Even adding Valerian, Mg, and melatonin wouldn't knock it down.I stopped use a couple days ago and wow - last night I was able to sleep through the night again. I was reviewing what new thing I was taking and it was carnitine. So then: this can be a helpful supplement for some, possibly depending in dietary inake, etc. If you try it or are using it already, be mindful that it could wreak havok on your sleep, which then negates any added energy benefit.UPDATE: have been testing it cautiously again, but only 1 cap every other day. 1 cap is about like eating 12-14 oz. of steak (amt of carnitine). I don't eat beef much, I do like it, just busy lately.Everyone is different, write down when you add a supplement and keep notes to see if it is good or bad for you.
