Once in place power up, adjust the fan speed to the setting needed. All fans operate at an equal speed, has a nice little power light so you know when you have power, when turn all the down, it's similar to being off and the fans will not run Very happy with this purchase and saved this for future solutions in my cooling needs.

Habe die 3 Intake Fans an meiner Workstation da angeschlossen und verzichte jetzt auf irgendwelche Regelung vom Mainboard. Jetzt hat man einen konstanten Geräuschpegel den man je nach Außentemperatur regeln kann. Mit dem Drehregler hinten am Case einfach eine schöne Lösung.
