Instructions are easy to understand, kit will take quite some time but all the pieces are there and the house is quite sturdy. Good, quality materials. I had fun! Thanks! Not for beginners.

Love this! it's been super fun to build. it comes with all the pieces needed to build everything in the picture. and everything has to be built from the little perfume bottles to the furniture to the house itself. the only downfall is that the instructions are in a different language but luckily the pictures have been pretty self-explanatory and we havent had any problems.

This house is beautiful. I am glad I had completed less industrious products before to get a feel for what I was doing. The instruction book is in Chinese but it is embedded with English part numbers in the instructions and pictures are provided. One of the lights was broken and the company sent a replacement plus extra bulbs. I am now working on another miniature from this company.

Not for beginners! The instruction book has many photos in color and in English but the paper patterns for cutting the fabric are not in English. I love the overall design and details like the coffee grinder and the fireplace. The paper for the roof I received was olive green not brown. The pattern for cutting the grass was wrong so I made my own. To make the electrical wiring easier I used bulbs with extra long wires so I wouldn’t have to splice wires together.Tip: finish one floor at a time before you add the next floor and glue the lights and wires to the ceiling before you glue the floor/ceiling piece in place. I didn’t add the music box because they all seem to have the same tune. This kit has so many pieces and they are not numbered or labeled.I will update when I finish it.

This was my first ever DIY Doll house and I absolutely love it. Definitely my new favorite hobby. Directions didn’t have a lot of words but the pictures were very easy to follow. I would absolutely purchase from them again.

The steps seem to be out of order and lacking in clarity when it comes time to assemble-(not the actual building , just the insides.) The pictures show some things one needs to know, yet fail to show the pictures needed in other areas. If you buy this, put the furniture and such in each room before adding another floor, when possible. The grass template is ridiculous! Far too small for what is needed. I had to piece the lawn together. Very difficult and frustrating at times. Needs much more info and clarity to put it together easily. There are even numbers missing in the pages you look at to see and measure for the correct pieces. I hope I can figure out the lighting-so far it looks like the info is lacking there as well.

I am quite disappointed with this dollhouse. Nearly every flat board is warped so badly that I am unable to assemble the project. I do not know if it is a result of the glue I used to attach the printed parts to the boards or some other factor. I have made other doll-house kits and never had this problem. I would recommend to the manufacturer that they replace all the printed walls, flooring, bricks and stones replaced with die-cut/self-adhesive parts to replace these parts of the kit.

I really enjoyed completing this one. I am not a beginner, so I would suggest this to someone who does miniature crafts frequently. This is because there is a lot of measuring of paper and fabrics precisely and gently. I also loved the design on the entire project, as it looks more modern and presentable in my collection. No pieces were missing in my purchase either.
