I used this to create a light-up Wild Kratt’s vest for the wild kratts live show for my kiddo. I used the green light and attached the battery clip to her pants and used hot glue to attach the green light to the vest. It worked perfectly. The battery lasted the entire night and is still working but it’s been used in total about 5 hours straight now. The battery unit and the wire DO NOT get hot. She was comfortable for the whole show and we got lots of compliments and even got noticed by the Kratt Brothers! I have plans to use the other colors in other projects but am super happy with the performance of it thus far and it is definitely worth the price. Highly recommend.

I bought these el wire for a fun craft project. The el neon lights were easy to use, simply add batteries and go! The glowing wire works fine, is well made, and is relatively durable. I lived having color options too! I really loved these lights!! I love this neon thread so effortlessly that it twists and turns into unique formations. I use glowing wire for my bike, my cabin decor, and even my dog to look cool with it. My dog and I use it on night runs, it's awesome, we're simply the coolest.

The light makes an annoying high pitched sound when turned on. This is really dissappointing because I wanted to tie these to my backpack so I can see it at night, but I’ll go crazy if I have to listen to the sound it makes the whole time.

Used on a Tron shirt. I should order more!

These are pretty cool, but they make a loud annoying sound when you turn them on it’s very high-pitched. Sounds like a buzzing from inside the battery case. As long as you can put up with a little bit of high-pitched wine or transformer buzz then these will work great for you. Honestly, I don’t really use them because it annoys me enough and I can hear it when I used this product. It does function but could definitely be brighter.
