Exactly what I needed
I got the 13 inch roaster. Arrived on time, well packaged, undamaged. Perfect size for a chicken or small roast for a few people. I like having the lid, and didn’t want to get out a larger roaster for a simple weeknight roast for 2 or 3 people.

Sori
I've been baking sourdough in my dutch oven for a while but making multiple loafs with multiple dutch ovens had caused my oven racks to sag and fall out of their slots. I think it's more of a oven manufacturer issue (frigidaire galley gas range) but to mitigate that issue is cheaper to switch to a lighter weigh covered baking vessel. Tested this guy out right away. There is a little bit of a learning curve since it's recommended to NOT preheat the pan like you would a Dutch Oven. So my normal expansion score is done at 7-8 minutes vs my normal 6 min BUT... The bread came out great! The bottoms are lighter than with a D.O. while cooked at the same temp and time. I think I'll cook a little longer for more color now knowing that the bottoms won't get too dark. Overall I'm really happy.

Did the job
The smallest turkey I could find was just under 20lbs. This meant I couldn’t use my normal dish I use for cooking a turkey in, and 3 days before Thanksgiving (and on a money crunch) I purchased this one. I measured the bird before placing the order for this pan.I was initially disappointed at the size, thinking there is no way this would work (and no, the lid does NOT cover this size of a bird). My first reaction was to return it, but I needed something to cook the turkey in. I took a chance and it worked well. I normally do not use a roasting rack nor do I roast vegetables with the turkey, nor do I cover the turkey while it cooks, so having no rack helped the bird fit in the pan.I used coconut oil spray to spray down the pan before placing the turkey in. The turkey fit, cooked well (the meat was moist despite how done it looks in the picture) and the pan did not catch on fire, like another review stated. It hand washed well after use with soap, water and a gentle scouring sponge. I was a little nervous pulling it out of the oven after the turkey was done, it felt potentially like the handles weren’t going to stay attached. But, they did. It did it’s job.

It’s good, but the metal is little thin
This is a perfectly fine roasting pan. I’ve used it many many times. I have no problems with it up until the last time I used it.The juices from the pork loin i was roasting stuck, badly, probably because I had a sweet marinade on it, and it was impossible to remove. I scraped and scrubbed, even used a mild oven remover. Nothing workedSo I decided to put it on my electric stove on the round ring style burner with one cup of water added, heat it to just boiling, then turn it off and let the preboiled water loosen up the sticky bitsBUT I got distracted and I left the pan on the stove and I when got back to it - probably 15 minutes later - it was dry and the bottom of the pan was glowing bright red!!Pan was left warped - buckled considerably - and the paint had come off the bottomNo, I’m not blaming this little roasting pan for any of this. This was 100% my fault. BUT I have had roasting pans in the past that could withstand a lot of heat. This pan is a little on the thin side. I think if you use it in the oven at relatively medium temperatures (i would not take it all the way to the top because after all it IS a little thin) it’s just fine. But NEVER put it on your stove top.
