I have faced issues in the Smart Switches with touch buttons where they either accidently are resetted or sometimes on their own. This switch so far has not given me any issues. Additionally the push button type is convenient. The option of turning off the backlight is good if you are installing it in bedroom. For living rooms, you can keep it on so that anyone roaming in the living room can easily location the buttons.

Work great

Set up was easy and worked well with Alexa. Stopped working after 18 months and keeps switching off and on randomly.

Neutral wire is always required but if you get a knowledgeable technician they will fix it for you. What they mean by no neutral wire is, no neutral wire at the switch, the package comes with capacitor which you can put at the light bulb. The light bulb definitely has neutral and love that is how it works. One capacitor can work for one switch because all the lights connected to that switch and linked to a single neutral cable. So no neutral cable needed at the switch, you will install the capacitor at bulb were there is neutral wire. Setup with your phone is quite easy, very easy. I have not connected to Alexa yet, I will update once I do. Overall this is pretty good. I am replacing all my switches now

The product is excellent however I had set a timer but now unable to delete timer. Can anyone guide.

I got tired of switching my outdoor lights on manually, so i bought this. 5 minutes to wire up, and the app works great to set auto on and auto off times.
