So glad I made this purchase. Everything was packed well and all pieces in tact. It took me about 10 mins to assemble with no problems. As a Puerto Rican from NY we grow up going to the salon and getting deep conditioners and roller sets. I wanted to get back into that routine for self care so I took a chance on this despite mixed reviews. I sat under with deep conditioner in, rinsed, roller set and sat again. The medium setting as hot enough to do the trick. The bonnet is not deep so you don't get that super close ontop of your head feel like in the hairdresser but because the bonnet is so wide, you feel the hot air around your whole head, on your shoulders and back. It went great. No funny smells, air was hot right away and no issues. If that changes, I'll update.

This is a beginner friendly set up. No tools and and screws needed. Literally just attaching each piece to the next. Once everything is connected, make sure the pink part is down so it can blow dry. It’s not too hot where it’s uncomfortable for my clients, but it fires perfectly with two heat settings. Definitely recommend!

Dryer looks & works as advertised BUT the wheels are extremely hard to attach properly into the leg “holes”. Also very unclear (and no written instructions, just pictures) how the small silver plate and clips (??) attach. I hate products with picture instructions only. However, the dryer without 4 parts attached seems to work OK and seems to be sturdy so far…we’ll see.

I had this dryer since August 2024 and in January 2025 the hood of the dryer just completely broke for no apparent reason it literally just fell off and hit the wheel and broke that off. I thought it would be a easy and necessary fix so I bought heavy duty black duct tape to tape it back together, hoping that it would hold until I could afford another one due to the fact that I did not keep the box for information to Contact the manufacturer for a replacement. Today February 11 the hood fell off again and broke another wheel. I tried to fix it again the same way and had no luck. IWill never buy this product again.

This dryer is perfect! It’s quiet. It gets hot fast. It is indeed sturdy, I see a lot of people saying the neck broke but when I put mine on it stopped halfway but you have to apply pressure and push it all the way onto the base, same with the wheels.

The pole has two tightening pieces on it. A top and bottom. You turn them to adjust and secure the height.However, the top tightening piece was stripped upon arrival and it would just turn endlessly. Not tightening or securing anything. I reached out to Amazon, they said contact the company. I didn't want to return it because it was already put together.The company said, we'll just send you a new rod. The whole rod with both pieces. I just needed the tightening piece but whatever. So they sent the rod, and it didn't attach to the blow dryer. I contacted them again, and they responded that that's the new version of the rod and it should attach. It didn't. The top was way too narrow. Ugh.And you can't just remove the tightening pieces off the newer version they sent me. The top of the newer rod is to wide. So I bought a hacksaw and cut the top of the new rod off, finally accessing the tightening piece, and putting it on the rod that fits the blow dryer. So annoying. They tried, I guess.
