While the product appears to be nice and works well, so far, I noticed that on the timer all the digits were not lighting up properly. I tried to have just the timer replace but that wasn't an option. So i'm force to request a refund after only 2 uses.Update: After my initial review, the seller responded within days willing to replace the timer that was not working properly as well as an adjustment to my account for the inconvenience. I give the seller a 4.5 Star for their quick response and support. I'll give another review, after I've had a chance to test thethe replacement parts and validate the functionality of the product.Update: It's be about a month and the seller has not replaced the broken unit as initially promised. They have not responsed to any additional comments regarding the status of the replacement. With that being stated, I'm returning this product immediately and do not recommend purchasing this product. Too many electrical issues and flaws.

I am using this blanket gir second week. I even purchased the book specifically writen about healing benefits of red and near infrared light. Bonus on this device is pulsing mode. Not only continues mode.It's about intensity and issue you want to adress. But it's very comfortable, almost sleepy. Setting allows automatic turn off.Red infrared light targets skin and near infrared ( invisible) light penetrates tissue all the way to bones.I definitely feel difference in my knees ,I am 70 and doctor said my kidney function test came back normal.I do 10 min on my back 10 min on my stomach. 20 min a day is worth get off arthritis medication. It's not cheap,but it's definitely great investment in my health.

Used it 4 times in a year . Wasted too much money clearly cause it set fire and burnt my left side flank area . I’m so mad I have other brands of red lights never ever have I had an issue . I use them constantly no issue this one I used 4 times and it melted the plug volt controller as well as the lay on unit which set small ride burnt through and burnt my body . I’m pissed . I want a full refund

I loved this red light mat until it caught fire on me. This accident really happened and I have lots of pictures.

I really was feeling a difference immediately, then it just stopped working altogether after only about 10 uses. Seems like good quality, but maybe a defective controller.

I wrote a review about the first mat I received and about the seller not getting back to me. I loved the mat and the pain relief it was giving to me but I was sad that mat had a shortage and that I felt that the seller was not replying to me about it. The seller reached out to me and explained the reason why we did not get to connect before, apologized, and shipped out a replacement mat. It came in good time as I need this for my pain treatments and I am back on track loving my red light treatments again! With customer service like this I will definitely buy from this seller.

The product already is gone and is only one year. I expect to be replaced they suppose to be on warranty x the fabric
