They work great! I've used them to keep my IT band loose while marathon training. Super easy to use and the smell of the 'wax' is amazing. I had to order a larger unit of the wax though the small size is great to keep inside the case for travel.

The Riptide Push cups are very sturdy and stay put allowing me to move and stretch body parts while cupping. I have arthritis in my hands and these cups are flexible enough for me to apply them easily. The Recovery Balm sample included with the cupping set is especially nice.

Licensed massage therapist here and I highly recommend this product. After doing a training and realizing that I do not have the correct cups, I decided to order a new set. It was expensive, but I actually love having a case for them because I keep losing them and also the suction is fantastic. The size is perfect for my small hands and the feel of the cups with the mat finish gives you a nice grip, easy to clean definitely give them a try. You should definitely give it a try and guess what if you don’t like it you can just return it

This cupping set does what it’s supposed to — strong, consistent suction and solid grip once applied. I use it for muscle recovery and tension spots, and it definitely helps loosen up tight areas after workouts or long days. The dual-style design is nice — gives you options for different body areas or levels of pressure. Silicone feels sturdy, not cheap or flimsy like some others I’ve tried. Easy to clean and toss in a gym bag. Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the learning curve. If you’re new to cupping, it takes a few tries to get the right pressure without pinching or sliding. Some quick instructions or tips would’ve helped out of the gate. Once you get the hang of it though, it’s a solid tool. Definitely a good addition to any recovery routine.
