pracical solution to small office needs...recommended

Purchased to make booklets for my kids and this works beautifully. Took one star off because a couple of the punches don’t always punch completely but overall does what I needed it to do and saved me money I would have had to pay to a print shop to do the same thing for 2-3x what I spent for each project. I easily saved $100s

I recently purchased this binding machine, and it has been a nice addition to my home office. It’s easy to use, and I can quickly bind multiple documents with a professional finish. The machine is sturdy, and the punch operation is smooth, allowing me to bind thicker documents without any hassle (of course you have to get familiar with user manual included in the box). It’s also compact, which makes it perfect for my small “office” corner. Highly recommend for anyone who need it

This machine was a good price and size that could be used for the putting together of books and pamphlets . The machine was made with a good quality for punching holes and putting books together.

Suggest a different seller. This product was sitting on my desk for just over 30 days, so out of return window, but still new, when I went to use it the handle would not press backwards to open the comb prongs. I was told the metal prongs on the machine were not aligned properly. I tried using pliers to align them, and it would work if the pliers were used, but didn't solve the issue of fixing it so it functioned properly. Their solution was less than half of the purchase price, to buy another one. Maybe others would think that's an acceptable.solution, but to me, for something that new, and sitting on a desk unused, clearly it was a defect in the product, they should have just replaced it, and had me return this one. When I tried to discuss this issue further they stopped responding. It took over 20 days to be considered to get a small refund, that was with contacting them more than once in a row since they left the conversation unanswered many time. Clearly they don't stand by the product and its functionality and quality. There are lots of other options, get another version.

It is as published. It only takes 12 pages at a time. It is simple to use. Nothing fancy. Does the job. I bought it as a second machine. Our other one is much stronger and has more features but this one does what I want just a little slower. This machine will cut the holes in the plastic covers better than my other machine.

Great compact binding machine. I have used this for about 50 packets and it is working great!

This product was easy to use. I do most of my binding of letter size pages. I was able to punch photo paper, cardstock, regular paper. It works well and the combs are easy to cut to size. I usually need to trim for a perfect fit for letter size, but it is easy and you can't tell I have cut it.

Ils ne faut pas avoir un trop grand nombres de feuilles mais va très bien , j aurais aimer dans les boudins pour relier avoir des différente grandeur ,ils sont vraiment petit

I was so excited to receive this! I am so happy with it. However, you may feel like you need to stop at 90* with the arm, go a full 180* so that the arm extends past the machine, that is when you will hear the crunch of the paper being punched. At first, I was irritated with it because it wasn't punching - I had a feeling it was user error because it usually always is with me haha. Once I figured out it was a straight down pull, not a "right angle" pull, I was relieved because I thought I received a dud. However, one somewhat irritating thing is that the arm seems to get caught on the base of the binding machine when trying to reach 180*. Definitely something I could live with, just odd because it does make it a bit inconvenient. You also can't leave the arm not fully pushed in for obvious reasons, so it is a little silly it gets caught on the base. However, it gets the job done and is MUCH cheaper than other binding machines, so oh well.
