Exactly what I was looking for. Hits all the big questions and has spots for all your vitals. Reference charts are a plus. Durable and fits easily into pockets!

There are nice, but I find them a bit too high price. I am a graphic designer and that is why I got them. I never see a paramedic's note pad and I want to see the contents etc. I will donate them since I won't use them. As nice as they may look I feel they should lower the price.This will make an excellent gift for a nurse-to-be or RNA that takes care of elder and disabled people or a medical assistant and especially for ER personnel and Paramedics. I guess anyone in the medical area can benefit from it. Easy to carry in your pocket because is small enough.I really think $15.00 will be a more reasonable price for these pads. Because it only comes in a set of 3.By the way, thank you to all those that work so hard to save people's lives every day because those are the other heroes that don't wear capes but wear uniforms ♥The quality of the covers is great because can stand heavy wear. And also the quality of the paper is good. The typeface has a good size and is readable, very good, clear printing job. Easy to write patient information, medication, allergies, pulse, temperature, etc.

Comes in a set of 3. I love this notebook. It has everything you need for an EMT. It has helped me stay organized when writing down information. All notebooks are nicely printed and are great quality. The charts on the front and back cover are a nice touch and include everything you’d ever need. I 100% recommend purchasing this notebook.
