My 2016 Toyota Tundra 79,000 miles (ca. 127,138 km) never ran this good. I installed my new plugs last night. It was getting anywhere from 13.7 to 14.3 MPG. Today on my 130-mile round trip to the VA, my truck jumped up to 15.6 on the way home. I will purchase a second set of this plugs for the future.

Truck is running smooth
Installed these spark plugs after noticing a dip in my MPG and the truck running richer than normal. So far my Tundra is running smoother and I notice more power. Haven't taken it driving too much sense installing so haven't noticed the MPG difference yet, but I will be on the look out.
