Fit Simplify Pro Series Resistance Loop Exercise Bands, Set of 3

I like these bands-they are thick, rugged, not flimsy. You get 3 - heavy, medium, light strengths, but all 3 are well made & don't roll up while you are using them. I can do squats (with one band around my legs, just above the knees) and they stay in place. I've used them 8 times so far-and are very pleased with the value for money paid.

I've have these since 2017 and I do physical therapy nearly daily with them. The resistance is so good that I have only used the light band and that one finally snapped the other day. It's 2023, almost 2024. Definitely one of the best bands out there. The medium resistance actually is quite difficult it feels like most heavy resistance bands or extra heavy resistance bands. Great quality product.

These Fit Simplify bands are solid and worked well for my workouts. They stay in place on my legs and feel sturdy. They are the right length for amping up the squats, glute bridges, and back leg raises. Highly recommend. The purple one works the best for me.

I do like these resistance bands because they provide the proper strength needed and are very thick! However, after a few months of use, they always end up tearing and eventually snapping in two. I keep buying these over and over but no use

I took these on vacation with me. They are no joke. They definitely have a strong resistance. They are super thick. They definitely stretch but you definitely need to be strong in order for them to get moving. I like them a lot but I might need to work up some muscle before I can easily tackle these bands and their resistance

Simply the best $$ I have spent this year! Following a suggestion from my Osteopath (for some hip abduction) to obtain some resistance bands I started my search. I read all reviews and decided on this set. I am so happy, they are just perfect. No rolling, no sticky rubber and each band works exceedingly well for my different exercises. Dont hesitate in buying these, they may be a little more $$ but you wont need to throw them in the bin nor unstick them etc. I highly recommend these 👍👍and I am a super happy Aussie 😁😁 And I am buying another set for a friend 😉

These are decent bands but I’m not real comfortable using them as a pull up assist. They are stretching to the point where they seem ready to tear. I’m 260 so these might not be rated for a person my weight. They are still totally usable for working out. They are not commercial grade but should be fine for a home workout.

Just got these today and first day using them. I’m pleased with the purchase. They are very thick unlike some of the other bands I have had and they even came with a bag and a little guide of some exercises you can do. Recommend!

Short and not very useful for a large adult.
