Down 15 lbs in 7 days...three more days to go. Very good product. The biggest challenge is the mental aspect of it, but still very doable. I did not take the capsules as many times as required because I started getting very bad cramps. Otherwise, I stick strictly by the book. I also continued my workout regiment of 3 miles run/walk (5 days) and weight lifting (7 days) to avoid losing muscle mass. I plan to do this once a year.

I had high hopes for the Master Cleanse diet kit, but unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. After just one day of following the program, I ended up in the emergency room with excruciating abdominal pains. It was a terrifying experience, and I couldn’t help but wonder if the extreme nature of the cleanse was the cause. I would strongly advise against trying this kit, as it clearly had a negative impact on my health.

This was a good package. I would recommend purchasing another maple syrup, as this size doesn't allow a full 10 days worth of syrup if you drink more than 6-8 lemonades per day. I highly recommend buying an electric juicer to get the most juice out of the lemons. I priced everything out, and this package is a decent deal. Especially to get everything together. The bag of sale is too big and the Cheyenne pepper is as well. But if you continue doing flushes its great.

I heard of Master Cleanse years ago and have always been curious. When the opportunity came up to purchase kit I took full advantage of it. The instructions were easy to follow and the lemonade wasn't bad to drink at all. I lost 15lbs and felt great the whole time while using the product.During the ten day cleanse I continued to workout and ride my bike uust like I always did. I will use this product at least twice a year to maintain my weight loss and continue with a healthy lifestyle.

I read the book twice before starting - it was very helpful and informative. It helped me go into this cleanse with an open mind, and a clear understanding about more than just the physical aspects of doing a cleanse. I experienced headaches on day 1 and 2 and had little energy. I used the advice in the book to not give up. I used index cards wit positive affirmations and read them when I felt like giving up. I weighed myself on day six and had lost 9 lbs. The next obstacle for me was day 8! I survived! Today is day 10 and I plan to do 3 additional days - I feel wonderful!

Bought this for doing the master cleanse for the first time. I am so glad I did! The cleanse coach book was super helpful.It was a little more expensive to buy these ingredients this way, however I don’t have the time to pick them all up on my own so this made sense to me.Cleanse was successful and I am happy with my purchase!
