Radiologic Physics - War Machine Paperback

Funny book that teaches radiology physics in a straightforward way with lots of memory aides to increase your recall rate. Don't buy if you're easily offended by profanity.

Concise. Explains concepts well and gets to the point unlike many other books in its class. A truly great "review" book that also explained important concepts

War Machine is not as good as the Crack the Core series. The quality of different chapters is quite uneven. He is clearly more comfortable with some topics than others. For example, x-ray sections are well done and thoroughly explained as only possible by someone who understands the material. However, sections like ultrasound are brief and confusing because he is obviously summarising material that he is not familiar with.

This book is a MUST for radiologic physics and the CORE exam. His method of teaching and writing is phenomenal. He breaks down the most difficult concepts in an easy to understand way. I often have difficult with physics and abstract concepts; however, this author does a fantastic job in explaining the physic. He predicts questions which could arise as one reads the text and then provides explanations to those questions in eloquent prose. I highly recommend this text.

There is a missing sentence in the end of the book pages 237. This book is really a must and interesting to read for Radiology Physic. Like it
