Saddle hunting
I used it for deer season for saddle hunting. A few times I went to sleep in the tree.

Those guys overseas have done it again.. IMPRESSED
The media could not be loaded. So I haven’t used it yet ! Will tomorrow for sure my initial impression is that it feels and looks like a very quality piece of kit in general NOT just for the cost!I’m size 34 waist , 195lbs, and about 5/11 in height feels like it fits great with plenty of adjustment to spare +/- .Stitching all looks top notch and it feels really solid and sturdy not nearly as floppy and thin as I thought it was going to be. I did admittedly buy a high end harness before this even got toMy house which ran me over 500$ when I got this I almost felt a little sorry for spending the money on the name brand one . this harness seems like itWill be good to go for just starting out on tree work or climbing in general but I wanted the peace of mind of wearing a name brand high end harness when I’m actually working in a tree. Again I’m still gonna use this and keep it as a spare. Or as a loaner and practice harness. I feel confident enough in it to be safe by just the feel.My harness was marked manufactured in 2024 I saw one or two reviews of this harness where the rear buckle for the leg strap Was plastic and broke . They must have updated this because mine has all metal buckles everywhere . No plastic at all on this thing .I’ll report back after some testing and use.I was also able to attach a chainsaw lanyard and Hook with an AWP brand monster Hook clipped right to the main back section of the harness on the right side. So if you’re just a tad creative you can get a chainsaw on this harness no problem.Waist and leg Buckles we’re a little difficult to tighten up but it’s plenty easy enough to snug them up to the proper tightness. this is probably a good thing as they won’t loosen easily without intentionally being loosened .So! Again on initial inspection out of the box I will say IMPRESSIVE.Nice harness

Not a Petzl rescue harness but still really good
Overall very happy with the purchase. This is not a $400 Petzl rescue harness but it's pretty good for recreational climbing and tree work or lineman work and excellent at its price point.I bought it to climb trees. It's similar to the rock climbing harnesses we used in mountaineering school with four utility straps and seat. It's comfortable and stitching is good quality. Works well for climbing trees with spurs and if I end up stepping to srt or ddrt it would probably be good for that too. If I needed a harness for mountaineering I'd feel comfortable using this one.The straps are a little hard to undo. It's not difficult, it's just not effortless. I don't have a problem with that but you do have to fuss with it a bit. Id give it a 7 or 8 for adjustability, but only because of convenience. Actual adjustability is excellent. There were some complaints about quality of stitching around the utility hangers so I hung my saw (which is very heavy compared to what you'd typically climb with) from the metal rings where my flip lines clipped in. I just added a carabiner and hung my saw from that.
