I am not sure how much of a difference the blue flap makes in keeping the water from spilling because if you don't place the tray flat it leaks anyway. Not worth the extra fee, but now that I have it I will keep it.

Well,never thought I'd write a rave review of ice cube trays, but here we are. These are easy to remove, leak proof, and co.e out tasting fresh. Buy them

A little fiddling to fill. Seem to be well made. Like the no spill design. Ice cubes are a perfect size. Easily emptied. Use ice daily and had considered buying an ice machine. These are a much better option in my opinion. Would have given five stars, had it not been for the filling aspect. Would definitely recommend this product. I have been searching for quality ice trays for years. I’m very satisfied. Well worth the money.

I just have crowded drawers in the freezer and these things really do not leak. The ice is easy to remove also. I'm kind of kicking myself for buying so many ice makers. They all just make noise and quit as soon as the warranty is up. Sometimes the old way, when reworked, works better.
