How long does it take to disassemble and assemble each time?

This golf net was very easy for me to set up, even for the first time. It took less than 5 minutes to figure out how to do it, and I would imagine it will go even faster next time.

Will this work for baseball hitting too?

I never tried it but I would think yes.
