Function
Product used to enhance kitchen cart to which I added a bottom shelf. High quality , sturdy, aesthetically beautiful roll wheels. Tricky install…..however, I used locking pliers to screw them in place and a countersink to accommodate the top fitting. Worked beautifully.

Ok as long as you don't plan on rolling
Caster design does not have an way to use a driver or wrench to install, they are not as described and not suitable to roll much of anything. I used them for an easel which weighs far less the rating stated. They casters failed the second time I tried to roll them.First - Casters do not come with the square drive for a wrench as pictured. The shaft is smooth with nothing to help drive the screw in.Second - casters do not roll very well. The rubber used is very very soft and creates a drag on hardwood or smooth floors. It even deforms the rubber on the wheels. They should have used a harder plastic like on roller blades. While the wheels themselves may be able to support the weight stated, the "tires" cannot.Third - the drag from the soft rubber bent the threaded shaft. See picture. They did look really good. Just not useable as casters.

Add a touch of class
It's funny how something so simple, and even not usually noticable, can add a touch of antique class to a piece. I put these on my two door buffet and it looks like a whole new cabinet. They install fast and easy, roll smoothly and look amazing.

Great look - a bit tricky to install
These small casters have a fantastic MCM look to them. The only thing that’s a downside is it’s a bit tricky to install. You have to drill a smaller deeper pilot hole and a larger shallower pilot hole to be able to properly countersink the caster. Lastly, there is no way to properly grip and thread the caster – we employed a vice script, (carefully) to do the job.

Even on a light table the bent
I prushased this to have a med size desk the ability to roll out of the way periodically. The bolts were not easy to in get tight on the legs and then with very little use bent so the wheels are uneven. The desk is very lightly use so not heavy weight (absolutely not a piano as advertised). a bit disappointing.

Avoid — these are “seconds” (defects being knowingly sold)
As with a large and increasing number of hardware products from this country of origin, these are seconds being dumped on Amazon. Though the photo shows the threaded shaft with flat faces at its base, allowing it to be screwed in with a wrench, all the shafts on the three sets I ordered were defective and there was no way to grip them for installation. Had to return every one. If you’re looking for high quality solid brass hardware, I suggest items made in India, which, unlike these wheels, generally lists its point of origin in the product stats. I REALLY WISH ANAZON WOULD REQUIRE ALL SELLERS TO LIST POINT OF ORIGIN!!!

Cannot be installed
Since the end of the screw is smooth, I have no idea how these casters can be screwed into the ends of the legs. Won’t take Phillips or flat head screw drivers and there are no surfaces to use pliers. No instructions come with these. What a waste!

No way to Install
There is nothing on this product orOn the packaging to tell You how to install it.No way to apply torque with any sortOf wrench or screwdriver to screw it Into the chair leg. How is it supposed to fasten to the wooden chair leg???
