Savage Gear3D Line Thru Bluegill - Slow Sink Lure

Like all Savage Gear 3D swimbait I have used, this swimbait has great action and is outstanding for its price range when compared to other swimbaits in the market. I fish in the Midwest, so the bass here are not always into big swimbaits, and these Savage Gear swimbaits and live target swimbaits are the only kinds I have been successful with within the Midwest.

Big Baits mean Big Fish! Ive already caught 3 muskies on mines and it is still holding up! Get the correct set up and watch the magic happen! Planning to get the same one and other colors again soon!

The quality of this piece is great! I anticipate it will be able to catch a bunch when it is a bit colder. I threw it out a few casts to check out its action and it looks exactly like a bluegill at the top of the water. The slow sinking is a great touch to this overall perfect mimicry. The smell may be a factor depending on what your fishing for, this thing smells artificial, but with the right treatment it could be okay. I haven't tried soaking it in a scent overnight but that may be the cure.

I've used this on some hard to fish lakes and got some good size bass.

Fished with this for a few hours no bites. Not to say that it would never catch a fish, but this is more of a gimmick than a serious lure.

Small cheap bluegill that swims on its side or sinks to the bottom too quickly! That's even with the included weights not in it because the seller must've taken those out of the packaging! I've dealt with this before!!! The package says weights included but The switch of this design is horrible! The line thru version was a masterpiece!!! Total junk and I'd suggest you to search for a different one!!!

Doesn't do the swim action when retrieved slowly..but works great med to fast

I haven't even used this bait yet (took it out of the package and placed it in its own divider in my tackle box) and it's already falling apart. Part of the plastic near the head of the bait has torn and an eye literally fell out just from sitting in the tackle box. Not impressed with the quality of the bait. I doubt it will last long when I finally do fish with it considering how it is literally disintegrating when not in use

Looks realistic enough to fool big Largemouth into biting. Awesome bait!

swims very poor, it looks legit but thats all it has going for it. The hook placement is very bad and the top one keeps hooking into the lure itself.
