Absolutely love it and gets better as I discover more features
If you didn’t realize it doesn’t come with a plug at this point you’re taking out your not paying attention on this phone. I’ve got it set up with zoom and want to get another for my office.

Bluetooth does not pair with any headsets
Called Poly support who were clueless on how to setup this device. Seems that there is no manual available for this device - even for them. Not a single headset would pair with this phone, not even Voyager Focus 2, which is a Poly headset.

Come with no power supply
I bought four of these, and none came with a power supply. A pretty important part is needed if you wish to use the phone.
