WOOHOO! It Works with Logitech G Wireless Pro X!!!
So, Logitech G Hub see's this as a G533 Headset and that its inactive, basically greyed out with a little question mark saying please wake up device, but thats OK!!! well, be nice if you can go in and adjust settings on it, but beggers cant be choosers. Problem was I have a Pro X Wireless headset that had a corrupt USB DAC that Logitech had to replace... Well, they dont sell just that USB DAC and logitech i guess figures its cool with them to bite the cost and send a brand new set of headphones for a replacement after about 2 weeks back in forth with support, but now I had a brand new second set of headphones that were new but no USB DAC for it. I didnt have high hopes that this would work, but sure enough, I plugged in the device, used a safety pin to hit the pair button and the green light flashes, then on the headphones there is another pair button, careful though, its another safety pin hole, not the grey button inside which looks like a pairing button but I have no idea what it does, but the sync pin is another tiny pin hole near the bottom, deep hole but the button is there, paired up instantly and now I can use both headphones.... minus the config portion which sucks but thats ok... on headset volume control works... mic seems to work fine... I'm a happy camper!!!

USB receiver has to be in pairing mode as well as the headphones for the directions below to work
Ok i may have trouble reading but the instructions confused me a bit here. I thought you only insert the paper clip into the headphones only to start pairing mode. I for some reason thought the USB came in pairing mode. it freaking doesnt, let me save you some time and say you need to put the usb receiver into pairing mode as well for this to work. I am a freaking idiot and only did the headphones and was going a bit crazy wondering why this wouldnt work.1. connect usb receiver to usb on the computer2. insert a paper clip into the reset port located above the G logo and push the recessed button (FOR THE USB RECEIVER). The light on the adapter will blink rapidly to indicate pairing mode.3. remove the paper clip from the reset port on the adapter once the LED starts blinking.4. make sure the headset is charged and set the power switch to the upwards (on) position.5. press and hold the G-key on the headset for 15 seconds. The light on the headset will blink rapildy to indicate pairing mode.6. the lights on the headset and adapter turn to a solid color once pairing is complete.

Replacement usb Dongle require for G533 7.1 wirelesss PC headphones
Loss my dongle in move. Went year without since headset won't run just on usb cord.Lucky found this part here as Logitech didn't stock it any more.So as others have said:get a pin or paperclip able to push into the small hole on the top of stick.Note looks like that would be the light but its the reset hole.1) plug in dongle. green or slow green light2) use the pin to push in the hole button. Light turns to quick flash green3) turn on headset and push hold G button. (5-15 secs) headset will also go to quick green flash4) when both dongle and headset are solid green they paired. Now you get sound.Thankfully this item worked with my G533!Now can use the Logitech gaming software to set headset settings and get 7.1 sound.Other note for G533 users. right cup has the battery behind the plastic G lid. push in turn to open.Useful if ever need to replace the battery or hard reset the headset.

Works with the Artemis!
I bought this thinking that it would work for the Artemis 933; When I received it I found out that it was for the 533, I was angry at myself for impulse buying and not thoroughly reading reviews. Disheartened and defeated I thought I'm going to plug it in anyways, maybe the dongle gods will show mercy!Welp, let me tell you.. they took pity because it plugged in and worked..ha! Take that universe (Please don't be listening).Rest assured Blind shoppers, I have tested and still play on this little mechanical wonder. Go forth to your cyber world of choice and pray there are no angry 12 year olds to scream in your earhole.

It's great for work too!
I use this for work. Other than the fob being bulky and kind of a hazard cause it stick out, it works well. I like the flip up to mute, and that works wonders on zoom and teams calls.

Worked for G733
I was scared it wouldn’t work for my G733 headset because I saw so many reviews saying it didn’t BUT it connected!!!For G733 headsets:1) plug dongle in wherever you need it (nintendo switch for me)2) on headset hold down power and mute button for 15 seconds - lights should start flashing green for pairing mode -3) on dongle, with a paperclip/pin hold down the small button right above G logo - the dongle light should start flashing rapidly -4) once headset lights and dongle stop flashing it should be connectedIt took me a couple tries but it worked!2nd photo shows small hole on dongle to the right of main light for pairing^^

rip off from logitech
this dongle is huge to use on a laptop. it bags around and gets bent. this is my 3rd one. the xbox does not have enough ports for it and i struggle to connect with a hub, idk why they can make tiny ones for MX keyboards yet this has to be 2 inches long

No instructions But Does Work
This was a well needed purchase definitely recommend this if you lost your usb or whatever the issue was just there’s no instructions to this and it’s a bit confusing but you have connect your headset to the new usb basically get both the lights flickering fast on the usb and headset together and they will sync and it should be working afterwards. By the way to turn on the flickering light on the usb you have to push the button (you will hear a click) use a thin pin or clip to the little hole under the G and for the headset you have to hold down the G button for 15 seconds or till it starts flickering fast as well make sure it’s charged.
