Can you use this to dry flowers?

No, this is not a recommended application for this product. I suspect you are looking for silica gel which is not the same as silica sand. Good luck.

Yes, extremely fine. You might use more that you think because it keeps flowing into the crack! I used to fill saw cuts in my garage concrete slab before finishing with an epoxy flake coat and it worked perfectly, but I used more than I expected!

Would this be good to use for small a Golf bunker?

Based on the information we have available to us, typical sand used for golf bunkers should be somewhere between 20-60 mesh and angular grain. This is 120 mesh so it would be way too fine.
