Great product, but it takes effort to make it work
This is a great visual/tactile macro pad that is marketed to streamers but can be used to control many applications through custom shortcuts and commands. It vibrates when you press the buttons, the dials are responsive and respond to presses. The screen is full color and shows custom images set up in the app. And it is highly customizable - see below. Couple of warnings: It doesn't ship with all of the capabilities shown in the product image for this page, but you can customize it to add them after the fact. Note that after installing the software, it will prompt you to download the 6.0.1 update, but DO NOT UPGRADE. The latest software has lots of problems, including being unable to install plugins, which really renders it useless. I had to uninstall it, go to the loupedeck website, click Downloads, and select the 5.9.1 version. It'll seem a bit sparse at first, but you can work to make it yours. As far as capabilities, you can download plugins for many programs like PowerTools or SoundController. But for situations not already covered by plugins, the customization piece really helps. You can add custom "Dial Adjustments" for things like switching desktops and browser tabs. You can add an entire panel to run custom "Keyboard Shortcuts" for your favorite text/art/code editor or game. The icons can come from their icon pack downloads or pick from images you have downloaded or taken from screenshots from your app. It can open whatever application you want, pull up a webpage, and even run macros. It's great if you want to tinker with it, but expect to spend an afternoon or two getting it all set up. You'll be rewarded for the effort.

Best investment
This product was the best investment. If you create content, stream, edit, or multitask at your desk, this saves time and mental energy. The setup was surprisingly smooth. Plug it in, download software. The customizable buttons, dials, and touch controls that make you feel like a tech wizard. The build quality is solid and premium. The buttons have a satisfying click, the dials are smooth, and the touchscreen is responsive and bright. Where this shines is customization. You can map shortcuts, macros, app controls, audio levels, scene changes, basically anything. I’ve got one dial for volume, another for scrolling timelines, buttons for muting, launching apps, and switching scenes. It’s a productivity booster disguised as a streamer toy.

As advertised
No Linux drivers, but I knew that. Works fine on Windows. (sarcasm incoming) Yaaayyyyy! Pretty cool device. I got it for the knobs for analog type functions when I need them. It will do nicely.

Dead software. No support/updates
First off... This product is dead. Razer does not sell it anymore. Their Amazon listing is purging old hardware, they don't even link to it on their site. Second, this is a rebranded Loupedeck. It uses their software, Razer installs drivers and 4 Razer apps and then tells you to download and install the Loupedeck software. Loupedeck is dead. Logi bought them and doing nothing with this software. No software/firmware updates, no marketplace updates. Dead. Now, to the device, hardware is very nice, software is a nightmare. Pain in the rear to configure and buttons randomly stop working. I really, really like the dials for multiple input adjustments, but not worth the trouble. Going to be returning this today.

Very good but software a little lagged
This thing is pretty awesome and works like a charm once you get it all set up. The build quality is seriously top-notch. My streams have been way smoother now. Just a heads-up, the software can be a little sluggish sometimes, but it's not a dealbreaker. Overall, a really great purchase for any streamer.

Software bugs, stand design flaws and smudges
tl;dr Good device with lots of bad design flaws: Software, smudgy materials (imo), low rez picture, STAND!!!! It could be such a great product...the reason why I didn't go for the most "popular" choice from elgato was buttons... they were terrible on Stream Deck (flimsy) and you would never knew if you pressed it or not until you actually look. With Razor...or I should say rebranded Loupdeck solution you would get fantastic button response (vibration) and also buttons are tactile so you don't have to guess if the press of the button went through. Device is also feels solid (weight) and I like how it looks. But that's where everything else goes downhill.... Software is buggy, only if you are tech savy could solve some issues using "trickery" like installing older version of software or using different protocols to communicate with the device it would be acceptable to you. For most people I would probably never recommend this device, for me, I like it because how it feels and solving tech puzzles is not for everyone =P Stand for this device is just an atrocity... whoever designed it needs to be fired on the spot.... if you ever would like to use a stand your Deck would 100% fall on the table even with "normal" use.... Little monitors have such small resolution that sometimes it's hard to even understand fonts...but I should state, I think most of these devices (competitors) have that flaw. When you use the deck it leaves a lot of smudges on the device... (no I do have clean hands) it's just smudges would appear regardless.... (again, I don't know how it's like with other devices) I will still recommend that deck to anyone who does not mind tinkering with software/scripts, can't stand flimsy unresponsive buttons and like the look of the device.

It's a fantastic device.
I'm using this device for architectural design and it's working great. It's a fantastic device. However, two things to keep in mind: First, it's recommended that you install the older version of the driver as posted on the Loopdeck website. Installing the newer version may not work properly. Second, older versions of Loopdeck conflict with Logitech drivers, so you'll need to uninstall them to use Loopdeck. Your device may behave differently than I described, so please test various possibilities.

Hard to setup, but you wont' want to live without one after.
Initial setup for this was a headache. Like I almost gave up, but once I figured out what was wrong and what I had to download it was a incredibly easy, but maybe not super intuitive for anyone who hasn't used a product like this. I don't stream, but I did get this as a short cut keyboard for Clip Studio Paint on my Mac. The 6 nobs are perfect as I set them to; Zoom, Rotate Canvas, Opacity, Brush Size, Layer Select and Sub Brush Selection. Then there are 6 pages you can program depending on what you are doing, and better yet, you can set it to smart select depending on the program. So if i'm desktop it has links to programs and websites, as soon as I click into Logic Pro it selects the layout for that, and if I were to then click over to CSP or Final Cut it switches to their individual presets. It's an incredible piece of productivity kit for $100.
