IT'S NOT VACUUM WHEN IT ARRIVED
the brand new or unused pillow SHOULD BE FLAT AND IN A VACCUM PACKAGING. BUT THE ONE I RECEIVED WAS NOT. this should be gift for my sister and i couldn't put it in my suitcase. THIS IS OPENED ALREADY AND JUST PUT IT IN THE PLASTIC. a new pillow should be in vaccum packaging. dissapointed. DO NOT SEND ME A OPENED/USED PILLOW. coz i pay for BRAND NEW.

*Luxurious and velutinous pillows*
