This no-name brand is pretty fancy....until you need customer support. I listen to music a lot online while I am working at the computer. Several times a day I need to mute the music but am unable to. I have tried all that I know to do, not much, but that is the point. I shouldn't have to know much about this issue! Every Logitech device I have purchased over the years functioned as expected....no Phd required! Dumping this...going for a name brand as I should have in the first place.

My Mac couldn't recognize it so all the keys were incorrect and there isn't a clear way to solve for that.

The keyboard feels great. the mouse works well. After a little over 3 months of light use the keyboard doesn't stay connected for more than a few seconds. battery life was great I have only had to charge each device 2 times since I bought them in June. but all the positives are useless if the keyboard wont stay connected.

As a bluetooth device the mouse and keyboard seem to routinely lose communication with my windows 11 computer.Often times I'll be scrolling through a web page when the mouse just disappears or stops responding. The same happens when using the keyboard. If you are steady typing it mostly keeps up but when you select an input box the keyboard may or may not follow and if it does follow it may have a several second delay before what is being typed actually appears.I tried to live with the annoyance but today out of frustration the keyboard got tossed (quite literally across theroom) and I'm back to looking for a wireless keyboard and mouse that actually work.

Very unstable bluetooth connection. Mouse and keyboard randomly disconnected, very frequently. I thought it was my new laptop's settings, so missed the return date. I purchased a higher end product from Dell, which never disconnects.

Plugged it in and it worked perfectly

The clicks feel nice and the silicone cover it came with is very comfortable. Thin profile and functionality is great. I would buy this for my other computers.
