Durable!
Pro cleaner here! Shortening is perfect to carrying in car. As a 6'0 woman, it extends long enough to not hurt my back hunching over! If you hold with 2 hands to your chest, you can put some force behind it to get tough stains off floors! 18" is a great length for larger surfaces (but not the easiest to find great pads for!)*** You can get replacement velcro for the bottom if needed! Don't use Heat in washer/dryer. Hand washing pads like a 1940s housewife will keep them new looking for waaay longer!

Very good quality commercial mop
I purchased this after using Bona mops for years. I had a cleaning crew come in and clean a rental, and they all had these mops. I immediately went looking for them. And it was worth it! They are very sturdy and much better quality than Bona.
