WoW. That says it all. I had a different brand of ip camera that I literally tossed in the trash. It was horrible, never worked; there was ZERO intelligible support. The review I wrote was so scathing it was not published.This camera is the exact opposite. It was simple to set up, works like a charm and does not force me to cross my fingers that it will work from across the country.I like it so much I am going to buy a second one to place in a different location in my house.I highly recommend this one.

I use this to watch my dog when I'm not at home. Very good product. You can talk into your phone and the camera releases the sound. You can also hear everything that's happening on camera. On top of that you can manually adjust the view of the camera straight from your phone.

I was unable to get the camera to connect to WiFi. I have submitted a replacement request to try again. Hoping it was just a defective unit.

Very good HD, and I will be purchasing a couple more for my other residence, so far very happy with this camera and its features,I'm sitting in my Oregon home and so far no problems with viewing my Winter property in Mesa,Az😎

Does Not Work with Dual Band Routers even if you enter the 2.4 network information. Can't really give it less than 5 stars because I did not get to use it. It looks well made.

Installation was easy and setup was simple. The camera was clear. Can control the view of the surrounding with 360 rotation. Communication can be both way. Great to watching over kids

If you read the instructions carefully, setup is a breeze. Audio quality is pretty darn good and the picture quality is very solid. Highly recommend!

Works great. Just remember to set it up by plugging it into your router.
