Great for slow cooking, made lovely meal out of it. Good price

Amazon brisket beats all your top supermarket equivalent.Overnight deliciousness:1: Drizzle olive oil over the meat. Season with salt, pepper, sage, thyme, oregano, garlic and one bullion bovril. Rub the meat well incorporating the spices.2: Place in your crock pot - add five halved sweet baby tomatoes, one sliced onion and two slices of fresh lime.3: Let rest for an hour or two.4: Add cold water up to a quart of the meat and throw in another bovril cube.5: At 21:00 hours - set it going on LOW for 13 hours (check status of liquid first thing in the morning).For an extra tasty experience, at the seasoning stage, add three or four thin slices of butter, placed on top of the joint with a sprinkling of dark brown sugar.Enjoy!

Smoked this slowly on the bbq and it was very tender and it was a good price.

A beautiful little joint, comparable in price to my favourite butcher or a larger Waitrose, used this for a pot roast with celery and carrots. I always cook a day ahead, and next day skim off any fat. No skimming with this bad boy. Not a slice will be wasted on this. Will definitely buy again this winter.

I regularly buy brisket - but this is the first time I've bought Amazon meat - and it was one of the best brisket pieces I've had. Slow-cooked - and delicious.

Slow cooked this beef and it turned out a tasty treat! Got my Boxing Day beef from Morrisons last year which was like leather. This beef was beautiful!

Worst brisket I’ve ever had. Regretted it. You do not. Actually this was no brisket. Just lean muscle. Do not sell this item under the name of “brisket”.
