Nice plug
As far as plugs go, this one casts pretty good.Used it one afternoon, fish weren’t around, but it fooled a sea gull as it was being retrieved through the surf. He flew off with a toothache.

This plug catches fish!
It is closer to an 5 inch but it is not a true Five as in other reviews it has a tendency to tangle itself. I replaced the middle treble with a smaller treble and it seems to have helped . But bottom line, this plug catches fish. Looks and casts great. If quality hooks are mediocre at best. You will need a strong wire clipper to change to more quality hooks

Very attractive topwater lure. I bought the 4 inch white with red head. Every cast I was getting fish.

The Creek Chub Striper Strike used to be more common and available than in recent years. Some major sporting and fishing catalogs don't even carry them. This is my go-to lure when casting to blitzing bluefish or fishing around rocky shorelines for stripers. I'm glad I can still get them on Amazon. One of the best top-water saltwater lures around. I recommend the large 5 inch, 2 1/8 oz. model. It casts like a bullet and draws the fish like a dinner bell. I like the Blue Flash, Silver Flash, Banana/Red Head & Pearl/Red Eye.

Kinda bummed I got this lure and used it once but lost it to a school of stupid snapper blues. Never got to really try it out much or land a fish on it.
