Very nice sized for a small space. Worked great right out of box with no issues as of yet. Has good power even though only 1000 watts. Cooking area is very good sized for full size plates. Simple to operate.

I spent a solid 3 weeks looking at potentially every microwave on the Internet to find exactly what I was looking for. Black, door handle, small enough to fit on a mini fridge, powerful, and reasonably priced. This met every one of my needs. I was concerned with it being under 1000w that it wouldn't be powerful enough, but it heats up my food and drinks super fast and thoroughly. The noise level isn't any better or worse than other normal microwaves. If you're looking for something whisper quiet, this isn't it, but it's also not excessively loud. The buttons are easy to use, and the display was easy to ready for me. A full size dinner plate fits inside, and it is tall enough to fit a pint glass. Not sure why you'd need to put a pint glass in the microwave but you sure could if you wanted to. It's a sturdy little microwave and I love the way it looks with my other appliances.

The size is perfect for my chaotic kitchen. It doesn’t take up precious counter space but still manages to fit all the essentials—like hot pockets for the kids and popcorn for movie night. Despite its small form factor, it packs a punch. Heating up my food is quick and efficient, and it has the power to handle all the day-to-day demands, from reheating leftovers to making sure those hot pockets come out perfectly crispy (well, as crispy as a microwave can get).Now, the frustration. Less than a year into ownership, the touchpad buttons have started peeling away. As someone who is *constantly* microwaving food in a rush, this is a real pain. I’ve got three kids running around, so having buttons that are half peeled off isn’t exactly ideal when I’m trying to get their popcorn ready before the next chaotic meltdown. The buttons still work for the most part, but the peeling is annoying and feels like it might soon become a bigger issue.All in all, I love how this microwave works and how much space it saves. It’s quick, powerful, and gets the job done—especially when you're trying to feed three kids in record time. But if Commercial CHEF could somehow fix those buttons, it would be an absolute 5-star appliance. Until then, I’ll keep pushing through (literally).

Light weight unit, great for your everyday microwave needs. It's small profile makes it easy to fit on any counter surface or cart. Has a basic rotation glass plate inside, lights up inside, push button function and pre sets for potatoes, popcorn, warm plate, frozen s..ect.

I bought this guy almost one full year ago last February. Just days after my window to return to Amazon passed (i asked, they wouldn’t help me) we came home from someplace and the microwave had turned it self on and was blistering hot. Lord knows how long it was like that - it could have burned our home down.From there, it wouldn’t turn on. Then when we could get it working, it would not turn off! This company does not have a consumer facing division that will help you. They farm support and warranty out to Equity Brands who made me cut the cord off and do other warranty process things and send it all in via email.No one replies of course. I called to follow up and they said they got it. Now 11, months later after purchase I have called several times and they state my claim is in process and I’ll get a notification when my replacement ships.I’m about to sue this company for selling defective products that can burn homes down and Ignoring warranty claims. 10 months without a warranty replacement or an individual that cares.DO NOT BUY

I ordered the stainless steel, which actually looks like a mirror. It’s a very nice looking microwave and it serves it purpose of heating coffee and the occasional plate of leftovers. It’s much smaller than I’m used to, so to fit a standard size dinner plate in it I have to tilt the plate at an angle while placing it inside and then when removing it. It fits once I maneuver it through the door. The problem with this microwave is these illegible numbers. I don’t know why they’re painted on so faintly. I’ve been using it for a couple months now so I’ve memorized the button locations but anyone visiting ALWAYS asks for help reading the buttons. Another note, the packing was so severely damages in transit, I just knew this thing would be damaged but it was perfect, so the interior packing keeps it very secure. Last thing, it smelled so funky, I had to wash it out with cleaner repeatedly and I ran it empty numerous times fighting the strange smell. It finally wore off. I would not recommend buying this unless you’re desperate for this look or you’re getting a fantastic price on it.

Beautiful, space saving, convenient for reheating. Took me a second to figure out the safety lock, but am glad its there if I babysit for my bestie. No louder than any other microwave Ive used and I only plan on using it for basic reheating. So far Ive heated up some pasta and Rotel dip and it heated evenly, no scorched sides or cold middle. Mine came with a French key panel if I need to practice for a trip to Quebec. ;)
