HAD high hopes for this...
REALLY needed this to work > we always put our patio set in our garage over the winter, but decided to re-do our garage. We put this on our patio set outside and were so happy --- for 5 days, after normal weather conditions and a bit of snow --- until we saw a HOLE/RIP in it on the top by one of the chairs. (See 2 pics).UPDATE: We received a replacement, very quickly, which was great. However, the "balloon' part deflated after 2 weeks. Cannot find a visible leak. They will not exchange it again as I am a couple days past my return date (sorry, Amazon, I have more pressing things going on then to email you about this AGAIN). See 3 pics below of deflated balloon, which I am now stuck with!!! Now it is holding water and ice. MONEY WASTED.

Thread and Stitching Troubles
I live in southern California and do not deal with much in the way of snow; occasional rain and wind. The thread used in the seams is very substandard. The cover didn't make it a year before the seams began to separate. I chalked the initial one up to poor quality control; the stitching was very close to the edge of material. But shortly after that every seam on the cover began to come apart. Some of it due to unraveling, some of due to thread weakness & deterioration. Fortunately my wife is a great seamstress and she resewed each and every seam on the cover. Since then it's held up fairly well. We use covers on all our outdoor furniture when not use as the materials weaken and finishes fade in the direct sun. I'm back on here to order covers for a couple chaise loungers, but will NOT be ordering a cover from this manufacturer due this fatal flaw .

Good idea, but....
Kudos for the concept and the idea to keep water from pooling on my patio furniture. Not perfect yet though. My patio furniture looked just like the one in the photo, But I did have some pooling and there the chairs pointed out under the cover, the furniture wore a hole through the material and we did not even have any snow this past winter! I will patch it up for next winter with some duct tape and put newspaper or maybe bubble wrap on top of the chairs to prevent wearing through the cover. (I do not think next year will be as mild as this past winter was on snow fall.) Again, great idea, just a little short of being perfect.

Good cover but strap ripped off in the wind
UPDATE: I contacted their customer support and reported the problem and they responded within 24hrs (excellent!) they asked for pics and are sending out a replacement cover. i upped them to 4 stars from 3 because customer service like that deserves it. Hopefully they work on that in their production. The cover arrived quickly and was definitely large enough for my 6 chair set, the product seemed very sturdy and I really liked the inflatable balloon that goes on the table. Unfortunately it's been a. Very windy Chicago winter and one of the tie down straps has already ripped off from the wind. I also feel like they should put a couple more around the cover or at least do thicker Velcro straps to make the cover more secure. I am going to try and contact customer service to see what kind of warranty they have for this.

Protects until it blows off.
More than adequate cover for a table that seats 8. Tie downs can be attached to legs of chairs or table legs but the tighter the knot the longer time to remove the cover. It comes with an inflatable pillow to help water drain off the top, however the pillow acts like the Goodyear Blimp when it gets windy. You will find the cover in you neighbor's yard if you are lucky. Consider placing some bricks on top or a 2 x 4 on each side of the table with hooks to tie the top down.

Good covers except...
I bought 1 loveseat, 2 chairs and a table cover 2 years ago. The loveseat and chairs have been great but the table not so much. Holes have appeared in the inflatable and can no longer stay inflated even though it has been patched and the ends have started to rip. After a year all of them started to leave "dandruff" on the furniture and cushions and I have to brush everything before company comes. Bonus is it has protected the fabric from the full sun that hits our deck. The chairs and loveseat are holding, but will have to purchase the table again.

Grade upgrade from your basic patio cover.
I really like the inflatable cushion for the middle section and that is what attracted me to this particular cover. We have an over sized patio table and chairs that make it difficult to fit standard covers. This cover has been on the table for a week and has withstood both a wind storm and about 2 inches of snow. So far it is much better than our last cover. The inflatable cushion was what attracted me to this particular cover and it has done a great job of preventing ponding and sagging. The only negative I have is that after spending $75.00 you "need" (at least according to the instructions) to buy the $20.00 air pump to inflate the cushion. I improvised and used my shop vac to inflate the cushion with no issues.

Good product after we went through first snow
I purchased this product just before the first snow, so had the opportunity to test it.In general, this product is really good. I was able to cover my table up to the ground, what is really protective. The only thing is the fact you need to make sure the cover is really stretched and tighten, so there is no way for water or snow to accumulate. So, during the first day of snow, due to the snow weight, I had some water pool created. Also, I have not realized it does not come with air pump. It is stated in the product description, but I went through that without realizing. The inflatable bag is not easy to inflate if you don`t have a pump, what would cost you 20 dollars more.
