Love this stuff. The taste reminds me of a vanilla cupcake. My husband says it’s too sweet but I enjoy it. I sometimes use it as coffee creamer. I don’t really notice a difference in appetite control though

These are great tasting and convenient. Grab it early in the morning and drink it in the car as you head for work. It stabilizes your blood sugar so you feel good. It will keep me satisfied about two hours and gives me time to get a meal or food. I keep them supplied in my refrigerator. Tasty, convenient, and helps blood sugar stabilize.

My husband and I use Boost when we are short on time or just need a quick snack. We get chocolate and it suits our tastebuds great. Flavor is actually really good.

Great tasting and satisfying; however, the white cap is very difficult to remove without a cap removal tool. Seniors with arthritic hands will have great difficulty removing it, if at all possible.

Delicious Nutrition with a Unique Twist I’ve tried many nutritional shakes over the years, but this BOOST Original in Peaches & Cream flavor really stands out. It’s a refreshing break from the usual chocolate and vanilla options, and the peach flavor is surprisingly smooth—not artificial or overly sweet. It has a nice creamy consistency that makes it easy to drink, even first thing in the morning. Each bottle is packed with protein, vitamins, and calories that make it a convenient meal replacement or supplement, especially on busy workdays when I don’t have time to sit down for breakfast. The portion size feels just right—filling without being too heavy. I’ve also found it handy for travel or to keep in my car for those moments when hunger hits but fast food isn’t appealing. One thing to keep in mind is that, like most nutritional drinks, it’s best served chilled. Room temperature doesn’t do the flavor any favors. Also, while I personally enjoy the peaches & cream taste, flavor preferences are subjective—those who lean strictly toward classic chocolate or coffee flavors might find this a little different. Bottom line: A tasty, refreshing nutritional drink that delivers solid nutrition in a convenient package. If you’re looking for something beyond the standard chocolate/vanilla variety, this peaches & cream option is a winner.

This drink is very smooth (not grainy or chalky), thick and creamy, and has a very rich chocolate flavor. I prefer them as cold as possible (they should NOT be frozen) and I usually drink them as a breakfast replacement, because I detest eating breakfast except sometimes on weekends. At only 240 calories they are perfect for me (I'm on a diet; a simple, very effective one where I simply endeavor to burn more calories than I consume on a daily basis so I'm a calorie counter). They are filling enough that I can either go light on lunch or skip it altogether and not feel too hungry. I limit myself to just one per day, but occasionally might have a second later in the day. The bottles have a long shelf life but have to be consumed within 24 hours after opening. I have read some complaints about the 20g of sugar in each 8oz bottle. My opinion is, unless you have or are predisposed to a medical condition that requires you to watch or limit your sugar intake, there's no reason to get all wide-eyed over it. If it bothers you, just plan to reduce sugar in some other part of your diet and I think you'll be fine. The taste, which is of course subjective, is very good. It does have a slight 'milky' taste and I'm not a big fan of milk, but it's totally a non-issue as the rich chocolate flavor more than makes up for it. I don't think it tastes medicine-y at all, as some have said. But again that's subjective. Overall, I give this drink 5 stars without hesitation because it fulfills all my criteria; meal replacement, rich in nutrients, great tasting and not terribly expensive. I haven't tried any of the other flavors because I'm a chocolate lover and therefore have no real desire to. I do suggest you see if you can find this in a store and maybe get one bottle or a smaller quantity to see if you'll like it. They're seventeen bucks for a 12-pack at my local Walgreens, so it's a better deal through Amazon.

Having multiple health issues I needed something to help me put on weight and hopefully a little fat. I use this as the liquid base for my smoothies a nd they taste delicious.
