Great product but get a sand bag if it’s windy
This is a great item. I attach my gimbal and my iPhone 16 Pro Max to the monopod so if the wind is up, it can blow over. So throw up small sandbag over the feet and you’ll be fine. Easy to use and compact to carry. Well made too.

Make this your go-to monopod
I recently purchased this camera monopod, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. After using and abusing it in various conditions—from rugged outdoor shoots to crowded events—this monopod has consistently exceeded my expectations. The first thing that struck me was how incredibly sturdy it feels, even after extensive use. It’s built like a tank, which gives me confidence when I’m setting up my shots in less-than-ideal situations. Not only does it stand up to the wear and tear of daily use, but I've also noticed that it has become a conversation starter among my peers. Those around me often express envy as they see how effortlessly I handle it during my shoots. One of the standout features is its versatility. The ability to break it down into different parts for various camera uses is a game-changer. Whether I’m using it for a DSLR setup or switching to a compact camera for mobility, this monopod adapts to my needs without any hassle. It has truly impressed me with its rugged design, light weight, packable size, and multifunctional capabilities. I fully expect it to continue delivering great performance in the future!

Smooth Adjustments
It works pretty smoothly. It's quick and easy to adjust the height/length. The material seems to be pretty good quality too. I use it to record my golf videos. I will say though that the feet for making it a tripod are short so a good wind will blow it over!

Great for Sports
I’ve really enjoyed this mono/tripod! The hub at the bottom that hold the feet on is plastic and was a concern of mine at first. But after several months of use, it’s holding strong. The lower hub also has a fair amount of swivel in it which makes it possible for me to use this Tripod while seated.Length extension and collapse is very easy. I’m 5’7” and I don’t use the last extension while standing. I have used quite a bit for soccer and baseball. Works great! Highly recommended for any photography that’s going to stand (or sit) thru a sports event with a heavy lens attached to the camera. Steadies shots but I like it cause it holds all the weight of your cam/lens. And it’s very mobile and light, itself!

It’s okay
It’s cheap and gets the job done. If you’re on a budget it’s great. If it’s just something you need for travel only, it works.

It works and it won’t break the bank
The media could not be loaded. I added video of me zooming into the photo. I was taking my Z7 on my first hiking trip. I was using the new monopod and I’ll be the first to admit, I wasn’t sure the monopod would be up to the task. I needed a monopod for my 600mm lens. This photo would’ve been incredibly hard to capture handheld. The monopod exceeded my expectation and proved to be very instrumental to my gear bag. It was compact enough to store away in the side pocket of my camera backpack, but it was sturdy enough to handle the weight of my lens and my arm forcing the pole into a sturdy position when pressing the shutter. My only input is that the threaded screw could have a snap lock or reverse twisting plate connector. Also I think the legs on the bottom could use a reverse spring to add more rigidity to the legs. It’s not enough to negatively effect your photography. Overall I would rate this as a very well suited monopod and give it 5 stars.I’ve no doubt there are probably more expensive and better suited monopods that meet my above mentioned criteria, but I am of the notion that cameras and associated tech are already expensive, no need to spend a fortune on accessories.

Keep camera and cell phone steady
This monopod increased quality of my street video. Very effective at helping you keep camera steady for video. I still use this durable monopod out on public sidewalks. Great product at great price. Easy to adjust height. Slightly heavier than my first monopod but not overly burdensome to carry.
