It is durable, good value, helps with a sore back. Because it is plastic with bumps , you might want to lay a towel over it for comfort. Otherwise it works as it should

The product does release pressure on my back and helps. The main issue is if my husband hadn’t been here to assemble it, I would have never been able to put it together myself.

Very easy to assemble and helps with back pain. I always hear some cracks in my spine as it stretches over the apparatus. I use it once a day for about 2 minutes and it improves my posture and flexibility. Great value for the money.
