3 years of longevity and counting
Came back here to leave a review just because I've now had this grinder for 3 years, using it on an almost daily basis, and it's been holding up very much like it was in day 1. I primarily grind for espresso, so I use the finest grind setting, and although a manual grind will of course never be as fine as a machine's, it does a great job at keeping it uniform, consistent, and in good quality. The wooden grip is also pleasant, and the container is just the right size to fit the circumference of a standard portafilter, so it's a clean transfer every time. Simple, easy to use and with a classic cream and brown look that I love. Does the job well, and more importantly - it lasts.

Slow grind
This grinds the beans pretty good but it is slow, I also have a small grinder that does a cup at a time which I can do in about 30 to 40 seconds. This machine grinds well but takes about 4 to 5 mins, ah well I might build up my arm muscles!!

Great
This is a great machine. Everything fits together perfectlyand is made well. You grind coffee into the glass catch bowl , then there is a screw on lid so you can store your coffee if it is not required instantly. There is also a a steel lid to place over the vessel so when grinding beans they do not spill out. The grinding handle is comfortable to use. You can not beat fresh ground coffee beans aroma first thing in the morning. And the taste is just as good. Would strongly recommend and would buy again.Make super Christmas gift for any coffee lover.

Grinds into coffee pellets at most
This does not grind fine, if you put it as setting No 1, it is still a course grind ( hardly reaches a medium grind on the fine setting). If you set it at No 10, which is the course setting, then it drops pellet like blocks of coffee that would be useless in any contraption. So if you are looking for coffee bricks, this is you answer; but if you want a fine grind of coffee; look elsewhere.

Not consistent
It grinds at the finest level consistently, but it never grinds consistently for bigger grind size. For my pour over coffee, the grind size is never consistent. There are big chunks and extra fine chunks. Would not recommend this grinder. It's a bit clunky too which makes it difficult to grind coffee comfortably.

A manual grinder with a wide range of applicability, very good!
This hand-cranked coffee machine is really good. The handle of the grinder feels very comfortable to hold, and it feels very textured in the hand. The hand-grinding is also good in uniformity, and the force is very easy. The grinding is smooth and labor-saving. Coffee powder The size of the particles can be adjusted, and you can grind it according to your own preferences. The ground powder is very uniform. There are a total of eight levels of thickness that can be adjusted. It has a variety of brewing methods, and the applicability is very wide! It is also very convenient for subsequent cleaning. The whole body is washable, and you can just rinse it with water.

Does the job
Works quite well. This is the first coffee grinder that I have used and Is not as easy to use as I expected, but I maybe I was expecting too much. I Use it to grind for filter No3 and cold brew No7) and it gives a good result. I tried to contact the manufacturer to see if replacement burrs are available but got no reply.

Grinds well
But you need a bit of stamina to do it. I think I'll use it for spices not coffee, for coffee I think electric is much better.
