Ok, I haven’t reviewed a product in a while. But this B1 vitamin has made such an impression, welp here goes! Do you long for the days of old when you could wake up at the crack of dawn (like the guy who pushes his face in the Saratoga water) and get the day started? No? Yeah me neither. But this tiny little capsule crafted in the core of the earth will do that for you. Just one (1) pill a day will give you enough energy to clean the Empire State Building. My wife was deficient in Vitamin B1. It was that far, that she had numbness and tingling in her one leg. She started taking this supplement as directed on the label and within two weeks the numbness and tingling was gone! Taking this supplement caused no side effects what so ever. I recommend this product if Vitamin B1 deficiency is present.
